📏 95A Shore Hardness
The 95A Shore hardness provides a useful balance between flexibility and firmness. It is flexible enough for many parts that need to bend or compress, while remaining firmer than softer TPU grades.
Compared with very soft flexible filaments, 95A TPU is generally more manageable to print, although results will vary depending on printer design and setup.

As with all TPU filaments, moisture can affect print quality. We recommend storing the filament sealed and dry when not in use.
🌡️ Recommended Print Settings
ZIRO recommends the following as a starting point:
- Nozzle Temperature: 200–230°C
- Bed Temperature: 50–60°C
- Recommended Print Speed: 30–50mm/s
💡 Printing Tip: Flexible filaments generally perform best at slower print speeds. Settings may need adjustment depending on your printer, extruder design, model geometry and printing environment.
🖨️ Printer Compatibility
Designed for use with compatible FDM/FFF 3D printers capable of printing flexible filament.
For best results, a well-constrained filament path and suitable extruder setup are recommended. Compatibility and print performance can vary between printer models, particularly with Bowden-style extrusion systems.
⚠️ AMS & Automatic Filament System Compatibility
TPU is not recommended for use through standard Bambu Lab AMS units or similar automatic filament systems unless the system specifically supports flexible filament.
Due to its soft and flexible nature, TPU may compress, buckle or jam inside long or complex filament feed paths.
For the most reliable feeding method, we recommend feeding ZIRO TPU directly from an external spool holder into the printer.
Always check your printer or material system manufacturer’s compatibility recommendations before use.

↩️ 14-Day Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Return approval is required before sending any items back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved change-of-mind returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 10%. If a return causes your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, the applicable outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Compatibility
Our 1.75mm 3D printing filament is compatible with most FDM/FFF 3D printers, including Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, Anycubic, Elegoo, QIDI Tech, FlashForge, Sovol and many more.
Our filament is precision manufactured to 1.75mm ±0.03mm and is designed to feed reliably through the Bambu Lab AMS and AMS Lite. It is also compatible with most other automatic filament systems designed to use standard 1.75mm, 1kg filament spools, provided your printer and material system support the filament type.
