✨ Create Stunning Multi-Colour Prints with a Brilliant Silk Finish

Gradient Silk PLA combines the vibrant colour transitions of rainbow filament with a smooth, glossy silk finish, producing eye-catching 3D prints straight off the printer. Unlike traditional rainbow filaments with long colour changes, this fast-transition gradient filament changes colours more frequently, creating striking effects even on smaller models.

Perfect for decorative prints, cosplay props, display pieces, figurines and gifts, Gradient Silk PLA delivers an attractive finish with minimal post-processing.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Is Gradient Silk PLA as strong as regular PLA?

Gradient Silk PLA offers good strength for most decorative and general-purpose prints while placing greater emphasis on visual appearance. For highly functional or load-bearing parts, PLA+ or PETG may be more suitable.

What nozzle size works best?

A 0.4mm nozzle is recommended for most prints. Larger nozzles such as 0.6mm can also produce excellent results while reducing print times.

Will I see multiple colours on smaller prints?

Yes. This filament is designed with faster colour transitions than many traditional rainbow filaments, allowing smaller models to display multiple colours more easily.

Does Gradient Silk PLA require a hardened nozzle?

No. A standard brass nozzle is suitable for Gradient Silk PLA as it does not contain abrasive additives.

Can I use this filament with AMS systems?

Yes. Gradient Silk PLA is compatible with most automatic material systems, including the Bambu Lab AMS, provided the filament is dry and feeds smoothly.
